Job Summary
Lead commercial strategy and execution for key modern trade accounts including Walmart, Sam's Club, and Costco to drive revenue growth and expand distribution. Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to position Sazerac as a preferred partner while ensuring excellence in assortment planning, pricing strategies, and in-store visibility aligned with Perfect Store standards. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align commercial plans with broader business objectives, leveraging data to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. Manage trade investments and joint business planning processes to deliver measurable outcomes in the FMCG spirits sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial, Key Account Management, or Modern Trade roles within FMCG, Spirits, Beverage, or Consumer Goods industries
- Proven experience managing national Modern Trade accounts, preferably Walmart, Sam's Club, and/or Costco
- Strong commercial and negotiation experience with ownership of revenue growth and customer performance
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Experience leading Joint Business Planning processes and promotional strategies
- Strong financial acumen, including management of trade investments and commercial performance
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional, or matrix environments
- Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1)
- Experience within alcoholic beverages, spirits, or regulated consumer goods categories
- Experience working with distributors and complex commercial structures
- Exposure to revenue growth management, category management, and Perfect Store execution models
