Job Summary
Lead the mobilisation and rollout of Envipco’s Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) infrastructure across the UK and Ireland under the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS). Define and drive the overall rollout strategy, governance, and deployment approach; manage cross-functional workstreams (operations, supply chain, engineering, logistics, onboarding, and partners); build and mentor the Project Management team; manage budgets, milestones, risks, and executive reporting; ensure delivery aligns with commercial objectives, operational capabilities, and customer commitments; maintain high standards for quality, health and safety, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management or a similar relevant discipline
- PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, APM or equivalent programme management qualification
- Proven experience leading large-scale programmes, national rollouts or complex multi-site deployments
- Experience leading programme management teams and coordinating multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
- Experience working within operational, engineering, logistics, field service, infrastructure, or large-scale deployment environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
