Job Summary
Own and run mobile and web as a unified product system, ensuring clear ownership, strong technical alignment, and consistent delivery across customer-facing digital experiences. Drive alignment between product intent, engineering execution, and customer outcomes across sales and service. Lead the Digital Customer Success space, overseeing teams responsible for building and running mobile and web experiences, establishing a robust product ownership model, and coaching Product Owners to senior operating levels while partnering with Engineering Leads to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery across frontend and backend platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading senior Product Owners or product teams at scale
- Strong track record of owning product strategy, backlog, and outcomes
- Experience leading teams that build and operate mobile and web applications
- Ability to coach and lift product capability across a team
- Strong working knowledge of mobile (iOS/Android), web, and API architectures
- Ability to translate between product intent and technical delivery
- Strong capability managing delivery across multiple teams and disciplines
- Ability to maintain delivery performance in complex environments
