Job Summary
Head of Mid Market Sales, EMEA based in London leads a multilingual, in-office MidMarket sales team across UK, France, and Germany; designs and implements a new sales playbook, drives ARR from net-new logos and existing Canva Free/Pro users, builds a reseller-partnership model, and partners with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure investment follows opportunities. The role requires building process from scratch, coaching early-career sellers, owning pipeline health and forecast, and delivering data-backed views of ARR contribution and conversion. The position is an in-office role with hybrid remote options and is focused on leading by example in a London hub and shaping Canva’s sales motion in the European market.
