Head of Membership at Pacaso for Infinity is a senior, quota-driven sales-lead role focused on building and owning the supply-side of Pacaso’s private home exchange network. Responsibilities include running a structured pipeline of Ambassadors, homeowner referrals, and group partnerships; managing the Ambassador Program end-to-end across US and international wealth hubs; overseeing AI-powered intake, vetting, and activation flows to scale to thousands of homes; designing and shipping AI-driven workflows to source, qualify, and activate prospective Infinity members; and identifying and closing strategic group partnerships with luxury ownership clubs and networks. The role emphasizes high-volume activity, quality gating, and brand polish, requiring a strong track record in channel sales, BD, or membership programs, plus fluency with AI tools and top-of-funnel demand engines.
