Job Summary
Head of Media/Buying iGaming leads the global media buying strategy and manages advertising budgets across multiple GEOs and brands. Responsibilities include overseeing acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, native advertising, DSPs, programmatic, push, display, influencer marketing, and affiliate channels; identifying and launching new traffic sources; monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics; and analyzing data to optimize campaigns and drive profitable growth. The role requires hands-on expertise in digital advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DSPs, programmatic), a proven track record with large-scale acquisition budgets within iGaming, and strong capabilities in player acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention economics. Leadership experience in a performance-marketing context, plus desirable exposure to affiliate channels, are highlighted.
