Head of MECCA COSMETICA

Head of MECCA COSMETICA responsible for leading the Living Lab of Beauty, owning the full 360 of one of Australia’s leading homegrown beauty brands—from brand and product strategy to marketing campaigns, P&L ownership and team leadership. You’ll partner with the Head of Product, the Head of Community and the GM of MECCA-Maginations to drive commercial growth, international expansion opportunities, and integrated marketing programs across social, digital, paid, PR and events. The role requires sharp commercial instincts, a track record of brand-building, data-driven decision making, strong forecasting and lifecycle management, and a coaching mindset to develop high-performing teams. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, take responsibility for growth initiatives and product launches, and shape strategy from a 3-year view to day-to-day execution, contributing to MECCA’s heritage and future in beauty, fashion and aesthetics. This is a senior leadership opportunity based in Richmond, Australia, with in-person responsibilities as part of MECCA’s Retail/Support/Distribution ecosystem.
