Head of Markets & Trading at Remitly responsible for FX execution strategy, liquidity architecture, partner commercials, and risk management framework across a global corridor portfolio. Own sub-function P&L accountability with direct line of sight to revenue and margin. Lead a team of traders and liquidity managers, drive adoption of new tools and automation, and collaborate with Growth, BD, and Product to ensure pricing, liquidity, and hedging strategies are baked into new initiatives from day one. Focus areas include multi-year FX strategy, liquidity management, hedging, and market structure optimization, while maintaining resilience through diversified counterparties and proactive risk management.
