Job Summary
Own the full commercial marketing function, from brand positioning to demand generation, PR, and team leadership. Develop clinical value propositions for psychiatrists and practice managers, producing one-pagers, pitch decks, and sales enablement tools. Execute GTM campaigns across digital and offline channels, including conferences and events, while managing the Digital Marketing Manager from day one. Set strategy and execute hands-on tasks, including writing conversion-focused copy, managing the website, and running performance tracking on ROI. Build the marketing function from the ground up to drive qualified pipeline for Zenara's AI-powered psychiatric platform.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS
- Experience managing at least one direct report
- Demand generation / campaign-led growth ownership
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and executionally
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, funnel drop-off, ROI by channel)
- Experience running or contributing to PR & media relations
- Experience with conference and event marketing
- Experience marketing to US healthcare buyers
- Excellent writing
- Willingness to work US-overlap hours
- Strong command of English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health
- Background marketing AI/technology products to clinical audiences
- Experience building a marketing function from scratch or near-scratch at an early-stage company
- Experience with community marketing or customer-retention programs
- Familiarity with psychiatric or behavioral-health clinical context
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, clinical accuracy standards)
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (content, email, paid, events)
- Basic design skills for quick collateral (Canva, Figma)
- SEO and content marketing
- Video content and webinars
- Prior startup experience (Series A or earlier)
