Job Summary
Lead the Marketing & Sales organization for Grid Solutions across North America, driving strategy execution and market growth. Strengthen customer relationships and expand market reach through early engagement, strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives. Collaborate with Front-End Sales teams to deploy regional priorities, enhance portfolio visibility and ensure market capture. Develop frameworks such as Frame Agreements and Capacity Reservation Agreements to secure pipeline and delivery capabilities. Partner with cross-Hub teams and external collaborators to optimize resource use and pursue strategic opportunities. Manage sales performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets, gross margin expectations and business model coverage. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, learning and shared best practices across the region. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related field
- 15+ years of progressive Sales leadership experience in the electrical or power industry
- 10+ years of experience in Project Business (EP/EPC) in Sales, Operations or Engineering
- Demonstrated success leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in multicultural, multiregional environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English; French language skills considered an asset
- Ability to travel within North America and internationally (30–40%)
