Job Summary
Head of Marketing - Questbank leads the end-to-end B2B marketing vision and execution for Questbank's non-retail ecosystem, defining and delivering comprehensive GTM and growth strategies for third-party distribution channels, corporate partners, and intermediary networks. Responsibilities include developing brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention strategies, managing budgets to optimize ROI, synthesizing market intelligence to differentiate Questbank's loan and wholesale deposit offerings, building and governing marketing communications and events, analyzing campaign performance, overseeing brand positioning and digital platforms, guiding lifecycle marketing and partner recognition initiatives, aligning marketing with Questbank's objectives, ensuring OSFI and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal and Risk, deploying advanced marketing automation and data tools, and mentoring direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 10+ years in marketing with at least 5 in leadership, proven B2C/B2B2C success, strong data-driven decision making, multi-channel expertise, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies
- Ability to set annual and quarterly plans and prioritize team projects
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
- Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across levels of the organization
- Strong leadership with ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams
- Willingness to embrace new marketing approaches
