Job Summary

Own product positioning, messaging, and narrative to differentiate against competitors and resonate with buyers, reps, and the board. Drive launches end-to-end by setting go-to-market plans, arming Sales with enablement, and tracking how positioning moves pipeline and win rates. Lead a team of six across product marketing, brand, content, events, and performance, sharpening how each function operates and connects to the pipeline. Build and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals, set OKRs, and report performance to the executive team and board. Partner with Marketing Operations on strategy and with Sales on GTM alignment, demand generation, and ROI attribution. Set and run the multi-channel demand gen strategy including paid, events, content, and inbound, knowing which levers move pipeline. Partner closely with Marketing Operations on strategy while they own systems, and build the team further as we scale by identifying gaps and hiring people who raise the bar.
