Head of Marketing Operations responsible for designing and implementing the operating systems and workflows that empower a newly formed marketing team, balancing transformation with hands-on execution to ensure robust, enduring processes. Responsibilities include architecting a new resourcing function (Resource Controller), cross-functional alignment of the marketing calendar with global objectives, developing a rolling six-month resourcing roadmap, creating standardized workflows to improve collaboration with Marketing, establishing upstream decision-making and escalation processes, partnering with Finance on budget tracking and forecasting, and coaching the team to operate autonomously while delivering world-class marketing impact across a global footprint.
