Job Summary
Head of Marketing to lead the pivot to an AI-native revenue orchestration platform. This role focuses on building the brand identity, driving demand generation strategy, and establishing the company as a leader in autonomous revenue operations. You will own the GTM for AI-powered features and consumption models, spearhead product marketing and sales enablement, and scale a marketing organization across product marketing, demand gen, content, and brand. Responsibilities include shaping the “AI Revenue Engine” narrative, driving +40% YoY growth by optimizing CAC, accelerating pipeline velocity, and delivering measurable marketing contributions to revenue. Required experience includes AI product marketing or category creation, proven ROI and budget management, and leading large, multi-discipline teams. Preferred background includes AI-native SaaS exposure, revenue operations, and global marketing across NA and EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years B2B SaaS marketing leadership
- 5+ years in senior/executive roles
- experience scaling marketing from $50M to $150M+ ARR
- experience managing $30M+ budgets
- AI product marketing or category creation experience
- led teams of 15+ across multiple marketing disciplines
- data-driven with martech proficiency
- executive presence and cross-functional leadership
