Job Summary
Lead the US lung IO strategy by defining and delivering an integrated marketing strategy across multiple products, indications, and stages of lung cancer. Drive launch excellence through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch plans, including brand strategies, competitive readiness, and market-shaping initiatives. Develop customer strategies for HCP, patient, and consumer audiences, translating insights into differentiated programs across personal and non-personal channels. Build cross-functional alignment by leading teams to execute strategic priorities and performance measures. Oversee quarterly and annual US forecasting, investment planning, and P&L stewardship while managing program budgets and agency relationships. Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing promotional materials for legal, regulatory, and medical accuracy. Represent the franchise by delivering strategic presentations to senior leadership and field teams. Build organizational capability by coaching and developing the Lung IO Marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical or related commercial roles
- Substantial US Oncology marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated brand or franchise strategies across multiple indications, products or customer segments
- Proven people leadership experience, including the ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical development and commercialization process, including launch planning, in-line brand management and sales execution
- Demonstrated experience across HCP and patient or consumer marketing, using a range of personal and non-personal channels
- Experience working effectively in complex, cross-functional environments, including partnership with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Diagnostics, Finance, Insights, Corporate Affairs and Global colleagues
- Strong strategic, analytical and financial capabilities, including experience with forecasting, performance management, investment decisions or P&L stewardship
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategic and scientific concepts clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance, medical accuracy and ethical business conduct
- Minimum of three days per week in-person working from the office
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
- Deep experience in US pharmaceutical Oncology marketing
- Direct experience in lung cancer, particularly Immuno-Oncology
- Experience leading major launches, multiple indications or complex portfolios
- Experience developing customer-facing Oncology strategies and engaging with external healthcare stakeholders
- Experience with market research, analytics, pricing, access strategy or real-world evidence
- Experience managing agency partnerships and substantial program budgets
- Prior experience working across global and US matrix organizations
