Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness in the behavioral healthcare sector, requiring extensive experience in healthcare marketing and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and growth roles, including 5+ years in a senior or executive leadership capacity
- Proven success scaling healthcare organizations, ideally in behavioral health, digital health, or health tech
- Deep understanding of healthcare growth levers, including B2C, B2B2C, payer, and provider channels
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, CRM, brand strategy, and lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience developing location-based marketing strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience marketing healthcare services in regulated environments (HIPAA, CMS, FTC standards)
- Familiarity with value-based care models, integrated care, or population health
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) or equivalent experience scaling mission-driven healthcare ventures
