Job Summary
Develop long-term and short-term category strategy while ensuring marketing mix elements align with business plans to achieve sales targets. Manage agency resources, including market research and advertising firms, and coordinate on media planning, pricing, and product development. Lead team development by enabling key competencies and motivating members. Interpret research findings, conduct sales and competition analysis, and track profitability. Requires 15 years of FMCG marketing experience with an MBA.
Required Qualifications
- MBA
- Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience
- At least 8 years in a Head of Marketing or equivalent senior leadership role
- Excellent understanding of the Egyptian FMCG/pharma market and consumer trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Stakeholder management skills
