Set clear KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize for ROI through collaboration with product and operations teams. Manage marketing budgets and external resources including freelancers and agencies. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital or growth marketing roles
- Proven expertise in paid marketing, content strategy, and community engagement
- Analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights and turn them into strategic action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, startup-like environment
