Job Summary
Develop the marketing strategy with managing directors and take full responsibility for implementing the marketing roadmap. Control performance, affiliate, and content marketing activities while creating quantitative analyses and dashboards to track performance across all channels. Drive user acquisition in close cooperation with the product team and build a dedicated marketing team, managing freelancers and special projects. Create the annual marketing plan and manage the budget, reporting directly to the CEO on KPIs and stakeholder management. This role supports the creation of Germany's first regulated trading venue for digital assets, requiring 5+ years of experience in fintech or highly regulated industries with strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing with a focus on B2C
- 5+ years of professional experience in the fintech / insurtech sector or in another highly regulated industry
- Analytical and number-driven skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and knowledge of how to coordinate with stakeholders from different areas
- Proven knowledge of how to build and develop a marketing team
- Experience of working in a remote setup
