Job Summary
Head of Marketing & Brand responsible for leading and developing the Marketing and Brand team to deliver the marketing and brand strategy for 2026-8. Manage and optimise marketing activity across channels, drive brand evolution in line with organisational strategy, and ensure a coherent and engaging brand experience across touchpoints. Lead the digital marketing team to deliver outstanding communications and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation as a key member of the Engagement Leadership Group. The role is hybrid with the head office in Hampstead, London, 35 hours per week, and is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.
