Head of Marketing and Partner Enablement

Job Summary
Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and traditional media to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Own the strategic partner marketing motion by developing co-branded programs, creating enablement materials, and coordinating partner launches. Manage brand presence, including social media growth, website content, press relations, and event planning for conferences and prospect dinners. Develop complex customer journeys, automation workflows, and product collateral such as white papers and case studies. Deliver webinars, build customer presentations, and own core product messaging on the website. Apply generative AI tools to continuously innovate marketing efficiency and execute data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Experience in B2B marketing, with an emphasis on the Financial Services sector
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing automation, and/or digital marketing
- Expert user of generative AI tools for content creation, research, campaign development, presentation design, video production, website optimization, and marketing automation
- Working knowledge of foreign exchange, cross-border payments, commercial banking, treasury services, and financial markets, with the ability to communicate credibly with banking professionals and payment industry participants
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, and comfort representing Kooltra in meetings with senior stakeholders at financial institutions and joint venture partners
