Job Summary
Lead the hospital's Marketing and Corporate Communications function, overseeing marketing strategy, creative services, publications, advertising, web, social media, broadcast media, and public relations; manage a team of six; ensure marketing initiatives align with the hospital’s mission, values, and strategic priorities; build and refine brand strategy, enhance communications infrastructure, and promote service quality and organizational impact; drive crisis communications, talent development, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or closely related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience
- Professional knowledge of publishing, design and word processing software
- Leadership experience with high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in healthcare (acute care hospital and/or children's hospital) or hospital system preferred
