Head of Marketing & Academy, 3Shape UK

Job Summary
Define and own the UK marketing strategy and growth priorities across customer segments and channels. Drive measurable demand generation through digital, events, and reseller marketing channels while managing the UK marketing budget to ensure strong ROI. Oversee the 3Shape Academy in the UK by setting the training calendar, localizing curriculum content, and driving customer engagement via webinars, masterclasses, and trade shows. Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports including Marketing Managers and Academy Trainers to foster high performance. Partner with the Country Manager and Global Marketing team in Copenhagen to influence 3Shape's expansion in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B marketing
- at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role with direct reports
- Proven experience owning a full marketing function — from strategy through to execution — in a product-led tech company
- Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, events, and channel/ reseller marketing
- Commercially astute with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Hybrid/remote working with occasional travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in dental, medical devices, or health tech sectors
- Familiarity with the UK market landscape — including distributor and reseller dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- MBA is a plus
