Job Summary
Head of Marketing responsible for building and scaling the marketing function from the ground up, owning demand generation across LinkedIn, Meta ads, and cold email, managing budgets and ROI, recruiting and developing a team, and aligning marketing strategy with US B2B objectives. This senior, strategically-minded leader will work with leadership to shape messaging and positioning for a B2B audience, coordinate with designers and copywriters, and establish scalable systems and processes to drive high-quality marketing output in a remote, contractor-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level marketing experience with a strong track record in U.S. B2B marketing
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, outbound email)
- Strong leadership ability and experience building or managing teams
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strategic thinker who can operate independently and make sound decisions
- Ability to bring structure, process, and expertise to a growing marketing function
- Experience managing external resources or contractors is a plus
