Job Summary
Lead the Leadership Team to set company direction, identify growth opportunities, and establish strategic goals and metrics for Marketing. Coach and mentor the Marketing team to achieve personal and professional objectives while managing systems and processes that support creative innovation. Collaborate with Executive Leadership to elevate ideas and expand impact, ensuring high standards for performance and culture. Work in tandem with the Marketing Team to explore new initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 4+ years of experience on an executive leadership team
- Experience working in and around chemicals in a variety of chemistry applications
- 10+ years of experience leading a Marketing team
- Experience in CPG marketing
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience in the home improvement or building products industry
- Fluency in Spanish
