Job Summary
Head of Marketing to lead Seriös Group’s marketing function on a maternity-cover FTC (15-18 months). Responsible for brand positioning, product marketing, demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement to drive revenue. Lead GTM strategy, partner marketing with AWS/Azure/GCP/Databricks/Snowflake, and manage a lean hybrid team (in-house and 3rd party partners). Own data-driven marketing operations, KPIs, budgeting, and performance reporting to Leadership. Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Client Partners and external agencies to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact while ensuring cohesive messaging for Seriös ONE and professional services. Requires senior B2B marketing leadership experience and proven ability to align marketing efforts with enterprise sales cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Senior B2B marketing leadership experience
- Track record of building and scaling demand generation programmes
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for tech products and/or professional services in enterprise markets
- Proven ability to align with Sales and develop sales enablement materials
- Experience managing a high-performing marketing function and external agencies/partners
