Job Summary
Lead a diverse Manufacturing Sciences team and drive strategic contributions for the Oranienburg production site. Manage the MSAT team in Solida, ensuring a high-performing organizational structure and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and scientific excellence. Oversee complex development projects and technology transfers, securing smooth scale-ups and successful transfers to commercial production. Collaborate closely with global functions to execute regulatory strategies and align CMC dossier contents. Represent the site in global project teams while maintaining strict GMP compliance. Guide production during manufacturing and cleaning challenges, leading root cause analyses. Direct PAT initiatives and advance technical capabilities in the GMP Small Scale Plant. Report to the Site Head Oranienburg.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Verfahrenstechnik, Pharmatechnik oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
- idealerweise eine Promotion
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- vorzugsweise Erfahrung in Manufacturing Sciences, Produktion oder Prozessentwicklung
- Expertise in festen Darreichungsformen (Solida)
- tiefes Verständnis pharmazeutischer Herstellprozesse
- Erfahrung in der Führung interkultureller, cross-funktionaler lokaler und globaler Teams
- Kompetenz im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Technologietransfers
- Erfahrung in Prozessvalidierung
- Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden und Datenanalyse (DoE und SPC)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behördeninspektionen und Audits
- Kenntnisse der GMP-Regularien nach EU- und FDA-Standards
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
