Job Summary
Lead the Managed Solutions Advisory team to grow AUM and increase penetration of mutual funds, hedge funds, and private market solutions among bank clients. Conduct fund, APM, and DPM review meetings with Relationship Managers, articulate investment philosophy, and align recommendations to the bank's asset allocation models. Collaborate with Fund Selection, CIO Lab, and external stakeholders to facilitate fund launches, coordinate after-sales activities, and identify new onboarding opportunities. Utilize data analytics and AI tools to analyze business trends for strategic initiatives while leading projects to improve client experience. This role requires a strong investments background with at least 10 years in fund distribution or asset management, preferably within private banking.
Required Qualifications
- Strong investments background
- Solid knowledge of funds and DPM across global equities, fixed income and alternative asset classes
- Knowledge of asset allocation and portfolio approaches
- At least 10 years of fund distribution/investments experience
- Proven track record
- Experience with and keen interest in digital and AI projects and digital solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to project a high level of professionalism
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, portfolio managers and management in small and large settings

- Good, relevant undergraduate degree
- CFA holder
- Master's degree in Finance from reputable university
