Job Summary
Provide maintenance services in accordance with policy, legislative requirements, and agreed standards under the direction of the Manager. Maintain the service and grounds to ensure all areas are free from hazards and equipment/systems remain in full working order. Action both planned and reactive maintenance issues, prioritizing by urgency. Lead the maintenance team independently while supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. Liaise with contractors on jobs outside the team's expertise.
