Job Summary
Define and execute a risk engineering strategy that aligns with long-term vision to support rapid, compliant growth. Lead a team of managers and engineers while building and scaling foundational risk infrastructure for real-time decision-making and advanced fraud prevention. Develop self-service tools to empower product, compliance, and operations teams with independent monitoring capabilities. Champion data-driven risk management by leveraging machine learning and agent frameworks to improve resilience against synthetic identity fraud, deepfakes, and prompt injection attacks. Collaborate with legal and compliance experts to maintain regulatory standards across evolving markets.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of engineering experience
- at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
- ideally within fintech or regulated technology environments
- deep experience in fraud prevention and compliance
- KYC/KYB experience
- AML experience
- ideally within the financial services industry
- Strong experience in supervised and unsupervised models
- experience with decision trees
- experience with neural networks
- experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- experience with LangGraph
- experience with AutoGen
- used to build self-correcting compliance workflows
- Deep understanding of fraud vectors
