Head of Logistics Management

Lead and manage the Logistics Management function according to defined objectives and KPIs. Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance logistics operations and performance while establishing and maintaining standards, governance, and processes across the logistics function. Define and manage budgets for logistics activities and development, and drive improvements in team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, and succession planning. Oversee functional accountability for Logistics Governance, Planning, Network Purchasing, Packaging Management, and Customs & Export Control at country level. Requires a university degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, 8-12 years of logistics management experience, and 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams and functions.
