Job Summary
Lead a team of radio professionals and drive strategic audio content across PositiveMedia's stations and podcasts. Ensure the structure and delivery of all audio products align with organizational direction while facilitating high-quality content that drives listener engagement. Provide leadership and coaching to announcers, producers, and operational staff to maintain high performance in on-air and off-air roles. Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to facilitate promotions and activations. This role requires extensive experience in radio leadership, strong coaching skills, and a strategic approach. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and submit a cover letter.
Required Qualifications
