Head of Light Microscopy

Lead daily light microscopy operations by managing instrument maintenance, calibrating optical systems, and overseeing sample preparation protocols for high-throughput imaging. Direct a team of technicians to execute routine diagnostics, troubleshoot equipment failures, and maintain strict quality control standards across all microscopy workflows. Develop and implement SOPs for new imaging techniques while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and data integrity requirements. This role reports to the Director of Research and is based in the Boston headquarters, supporting the core imaging division's mission to advance diagnostic research capabilities.
