Head of Legal

Formulate and execute the overarching legal strategy for the international holding company to align with long-term commercial goals. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate complex legal risks across corporate activities, contracts, intellectual property, employment, and litigation. Ensure strict compliance with all local and international regulations and statutory acts across every operational jurisdiction. Lead comprehensive strategies to safeguard the company's extensive intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Strategically structure and oversee the launch and registration of new corporate entities globally. Supervise the legal preparation and review of corporate financial statements and coordinate cross-border external audits. This role requires 5+ years of experience as a Head of Legal, VP of Legal, or General Counsel within an international enterprise, with English at a professional C1/C2 level and fluency in Russian preferred. The position offers 100% remote flexibility, 28 days of annual vacation, and 7 wellness days.
