Head of Legal

Develop and establish an enterprise-wide legal risk management framework covering R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and retail operations. Provide direct counsel to the Board on M&A, corporate restructuring, and investment decisions while standardizing governance systems and contractual libraries. Lead negotiations for international equipment contracts, conduct due diligence on suppliers, and manage disputes, litigation, and regulatory crisis responses. Oversee intellectual property registration and brand protection against counterfeits, ensure product labeling and advertising compliance, and lead product incident responses with regulatory authorities. Monitor environmental and occupational safety compliance at manufacturing facilities, coordinate with regulators on inspections, and train business teams on proactive legal and compliance awareness. Requires 12+ years of legal experience, including 5 years in a managerial role within a large manufacturing or FMCG group.
