Job Summary
Head of Leasing — lead all leasing strategy, centralized leasing operations, and resident acquisition for the internalized property management platform in Dallas, TX. Develop property-by-property leasing plans, pre-leasing strategies, pricing strategies, and conversion benchmarks; build and manage a centralized leasing team; establish lead management, SOPs, training programs, and KPIs; coordinate with HR, marketing, and analytics; drive occupancy and leasing velocity; leverage CRM/PMS systems and AI tools to optimize performance; travel to JPI properties as needed; experience with institutional Class A portfolios and revenue-management tools is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of multifamily leasing leadership experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with CRM and PMS systems
- Experience leading a centralized leasing team and leasing teams across multiple assets
- Knowledge of multifamily property management operations, respective markets, and industry trends
- Experience with internalization of leasing and operational transitions
- Experience with workforce housing and LITHC leasing is a plus
- Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Salesforce, or similar platforms
