Job Summary
Head of Learning and Enablement to design, develop, and deliver enterprise training across insurance products, TPA operations, AI adoption, and compliance; build a cohesive learning ecosystem integrating formal training, informal learning, documentation, communities of practice, and performance support; establish knowledge management and governance; drive capacity building and change enablement; partner with subject matter experts, business leaders, and transformation teams to ensure training aligns with strategic priorities and accelerates adoption of new tools and processes; lead end-to-end training from needs analysis through facilitation and reinforcement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; or the equivalent years of education and experience required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry with direct exposure to insurance products such as Term Life, Permanent Life, Annuities, Long-Term Care, and/or Final Expense. Experience within a TPA environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise training, learning programs, or enablement solutions - not solely in an advisory or design-only capacity
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to design scalable, sustainable frameworks rather than one off training solutions
