Head of Leads Strategy & Management, US Private Bank

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end lead ecosystem for US Private Bank, defining strategy, operating model, and technology roadmap to capture, score, route, and convert leads across multiple channels. Establish enterprise taxonomy, governance cadences, and SLAs; build an ecosystem that drives adoption and accountability across markets. Lead propensity modeling framework and routing logic in partnership with BI; define KPIs, dashboards, and win/loss insights. Significantly influence cross-functional partners in Digital, Marketing, Finance, D&A, and Market leadership; drive adoption of scalable, advisor-friendly lead management capabilities and digital platforms (e.g., Leads Connect). Coordinate with JPM Wealth Management and Chase ecosystem to optimize sourcing and influence across channels; pilot and scale best practices. Ensure governance of lead definitions, measurement, and attribution, and translate data into operating standards and decision-making for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in wealth management, financial services, digital product strategy, or adjacent fields with proven ownership of complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of lead generation, scoring, routing, and conversion frameworks at scale, including governance and attribution
- Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels and drive alignment across Digital/Tech, Marketing, Finance, and field leadership
- Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex data and strategy into clear operating standards, decisions, and change narratives
