Job Summary
Head of Quality Laboratory leads a cross-functional quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure materials and finished products meet GMP/GLP/GDP/ISO standards. Responsibilities include leading and developing the Quality Lab Technicians, maintaining an audit-ready laboratory, overseeing calibration programs, managing product release and risk assessments for non-conforming materials, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with Production, R&D, Technical Services, Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality to uphold product quality and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical field
- 2–5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory, Manufacturing, and Documentation Practices
