Job Summary
Head of Kindergarten at Waad Academy to lead the KG section in a child-centered learning environment. Promote high-quality teaching and learning practices, support continuous improvement, ensure safeguarding and child protection policies, champion student wellbeing and social-emotional development, and provide guidance to teachers in managing student behavior and meeting the diverse needs of young learners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching qualification/license.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including leadership experience in an Early Years or Kindergarten setting.
- Experience with international curricula is preferred.
