Head of IT Strategy & Delivery Excellence to act as the COO of IT and strategic partner to CIO, leading the transition to a Value Management Office, shaping investment/FinOps, governance, and rapid time-to-value for IT initiatives. Role combines personal leadership of high-stakes strategic initiatives with building a lean, high-performing IT organization, including Agile delivery, organizational change management, IT finance/ROI, M&A integration playbooks, and business-relationship management with CFO/COO/Sales VPs.
