Job Summary
Head of IT Strategy & Delivery Excellence responsible for leading a high-velocity Value Management Office (VMO), acting as CIO partner, transitioning IT from traditional PMO to value-driven governance, managing CapEx/OpEx budgets with FinOps, guiding IT integration for acquisitions, and building a lean, capable IT organization. Role includes overseeing adaptive delivery via Lean-Agile, leading Organizational Change Management, enabling self-service project kits, collaborating with CFO/COO/Sales VPs on long-term digital roadmaps, driving IT branding and stakeholder communications, and shaping workforce evolution with a focus on AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Reports to CIO; initially 1 direct report expanding to 6+. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT leadership or Management Consulting
- Experience with DevOps and Product-centric delivery
- Ability to present transformation roadmap to the Board
- Knowledge of FinOps and ROI tracking
- Experience leading IT integration for acquisitions
- Experience driving IT strategy and transformation initiatives
- Direct Reports experience (initial 1, scaling to 6+)
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing (as part of standard employment process)
