Head of IT Strategy & Delivery Excellence, acting as the CIO's strategic partner and the “COO of IT,” to transition the PMO into a high-velocity Value Management Office. Lead high-stakes strategic initiatives while building a lean, world-class IT team; drive value velocity by replacing heavy PMO checklists with automated governance, manage CapEx/OpEx and FinOps, implement a Value-First prioritization framework, and personally lead IT integration playbooks for acquisitions. Oversee Agile Delivery with Lean-Agile practices, lead Organizational Change Management, and develop self-service project kits to keep IT lean. Forge strong relationships with the CFO, COO, and Sales VPs to co-author long-term digital roadmaps; emphasize DevOps and product-centric delivery over waterfall. Grow the team from a Player-Coach foundation to a mature IT function, including hires such as Value Analysts, Delivery Orchestrators, BRMs, and Change Specialists.
