Head of IT Security

Head of IT Security leads and architects a comprehensive security strategy for a digitally transforming organization. Key responsibilities include Enterprise Security Architecture for hybrid cloud and AI-ready environments, design of a unified Zero Trust identity model, AI security governance, data-centric defense with automated classification and encryption, and a seamless identity fabric across multi-cloud and on-premises. Oversees security operations and integration during platform modernization, aligns IT service and security workflows, secures 150+ internal applications via automated security testing in CI/CD, evaluates 3rd-party security services, and drives continuous compliance and third‐party risk management. Leads AI ethics and policy development, and designs business‐critical resilience through disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Requires 5+ years in IT/security with leadership experience in large organizations, cloud security expertise, and strong ability to communicate risk to executives; education of Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field; CISSP/CISM/CCSP preferred.
