Job Summary
Head of IT Operations leading a global IT function across multiple markets, ensuring end-user technology services and AI-enabled work tools are strategically defined and executed. Responsible for team leadership of Tech Business Partners, governance of IT support and service delivery metrics, alignment on quarterly OKRs/KPIs, and driving adoption of AI tooling while coordinating with local leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT leadership or related field
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (IT Operations)
- experience governing IT support, service delivery metrics (SLA, KPI targets), and cross-market governance
- experience defining and leading global technology projects
- expertise in SaaS for employee productivity, collaboration, and security (e.g., Google Workspace and related AI tools)
- excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- ability to lead in a fast-paced, global environment with security and governance guardrails
- willingness to travel and manage a global team across time zones
- fluent English; proficiency in German is an asset
