Job Summary
Lead the Head of IT Infrastructure & User Support team, driving the conception and implementation of on-premise and Azure cloud architectures for servers, networks, and data centers. Manage external service providers through performance monitoring and contract oversight while leading support staff in resource planning and coaching. Ensure seamless IT operations via continuous maintenance and monitoring, executing application and storage management updates across Microsoft 365 and diverse platforms. Oversee IT capacity planning, project rollouts, and governance including security, budgeting, and audits. Handle on- and offboarding for legal entities through due diligence and data migration. Requires higher IT education and extensive leadership experience in hybrid environments. Salary starts at EUR 90,000 with flexible hours and home office options.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene (höhere) Ausbildung im Bereich IT (HTL, FH, Universität) oder mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von IT-Teams sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in: Windows Server/Client, Azure, Active Directory/Entra, Microsoft 365, Firewall & Netzwerk, VDI (On-Premise & Cloud)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Cyber-Security
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie lösungsorientierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
