Job Summary
Head of IT Governance & Performance responsible for leading vendor, contract, and license management across all IT domains; drive cost transparency and governance; establish and lead operations process excellence; develop KPI tracking and performance scorecards with executive reporting; oversee PMO functions for IT initiatives and coordinate with the CFO for cost control and budget transparency; requires a university degree in IT/CS/Business Admin or equivalent and 10+ years of experience with IT governance, ITIL/COBIT, vendor management, license optimization, financial management, KPI development, Lean/Six Sigma, PMO frameworks, and compliance standards; strong leadership and change-influencer capabilities along with cross-cultural collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- > 10 years
- Functional knowledge: In-depth (own discipline), substantial (other discipline)
- Business knowledge: In-depth of overall business models and strategies
- IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)
- Vendor and contract management best practices
- Software license management and optimization (SAP, Microsoft, cloud services)
- Financial management: budgeting, cost control, chargeback models
- KPI development and performance scorecard methodologies
- Process excellence and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
- PMO frameworks and project portfolio management
- Audit and compliance standards (SOX, ISO, GDPR)
- Stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Proficient level of English
- Leadership: Proactive leadership role within the business and IT organization
- Input on IT architecture and strategy
- Senior Expert guidance / internal and external thought leader
- Trains/mentors Team Lead, (Senior) professional & Junior professional
