Job Summary
Act as the senior IT partner to India business leadership, aligning IT strategy with business priorities and serving as the primary IT interface for local stakeholders. Own IT service delivery, operational excellence, and site readiness across India, while representing India in global IT governance and planning. Manage country-level IT demand and budgets as the voice of the customer, drive engagement and cultural alignment, and influence outcomes through matrix leadership. Support career paths, capability development, and leadership readiness, and lead change to improve clarity, accountability, and execution in a distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior IT leadership experience in large, global enterprises
- Experience leading business applications, IT programs, or large-scale IT operations
- Strong partnership skills with executive and senior business leaders
- Solid business and financial acumen with strong operational execution capability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and geographies
- Experience in global, multicultural environments with willingness to travel internationally
