Job Summary
Own and manage cloud and on-prem IT systems, including MDM, IAM, SSO/MFA, EDR, and network configuration for wired/wireless environments. Execute IT services delivery, handle ticketing requests for on-site and remote users across Germany, US, and APAC, and manage end-user onboarding/offboarding. Maintain ISO27001 and TISAX compliant controls, lead information security audits, and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Define and execute the IT and information security roadmap, manage vendor relations, and collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams on secure AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in IT with a combination of hands-on, IT support and managing IT function, establishing policies and processes, and implementing IT solutions end-to-end
- Ability to coordinate work across different time zones and regions
- Experience in administration of various systems such as Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive, Chat), JumpCloud (or similar MDM/IAM), Microsoft 365 (Azure/Entra, SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams)
- Experience in end-user devices management (centralized updates/patching, policies, encryption), deep understanding of Linux and MacOS management
- Experience with SSO/MFA implementations
- Experience in network management (Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, Zscaler), solid understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP and OSI models, routing, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Experience in setting up and managing servers on-prem: virtualization, IPMI, RAID array management, specifically Linux servers
- Solid understanding of AWS fundamentals (EC2, EBS, RDS, IAM)
- Basic scripting skills is Bash, PowerShell
- Backup and restore best practices
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
- Authorization to work in Germany
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English (working proficiency in German is a plus)
- IT and/or information security certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, CCNA, etc.
- First-hand experience participating in IT and information security audits
- ISO27001 and/or TISAX controls knowledge and experience implementing them in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of CI/CD infrastructure, version control
- Experience in implementing of AI/LLM solutions
- Experience establishing ISMS from scratch and maintaining existing ISMS
- Python knowledge is a plus
