Job Summary
Develop and lead the company's overall investor relations strategy while shaping the equity narrative and communicating the financial framework to institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Build and maintain strong relationships with capital markets stakeholders, advise senior leadership on valuation positioning, and manage quarterly earnings materials including press releases, presentations, and call scripts. Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and outreach efforts to monitor shareholder composition and support long-term targeting strategies. Track analyst models, peer performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights on investor sentiment and trading activity. Partner with Finance, Legal, and executive teams to ensure disclosure alignment and establish best practices for public company readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets dynamics
- Experience communicating with institutional investors and research analysts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a public company or late-stage/high growth pre-IPO environment preferred
- MBA and/or CFA preferred
